Shrimp skewer with salsa

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

400 g peeled shrimp
4 skewers
1 ts grated lemon rind
Some thyme leaves
1 red pepper
1/2 chili
1 tbs chopped parsley
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt and pepper

Arrange the shrimp on the skewers and rub them with the chopped thyme and the grated lemon rind. Chop the vegetables, mix well and add the lime juice.

Serve the salsa in glasses.
