INGREDIENTS

METHOD

1 kg of sugar
4 glasses of water
A small bundle of fresh peppermint
1 dl of white vinegar

1 Boil the sugar and water
until the sugar is dissolved.
2 Tie a string around the peppermint
and add it to the sugared water.
Let it boil for 15 minutes.
3 Add the vinegar and boil for another couple of minutes. Drain the mixture through a sieve and bottle it. Place the bottle in the refrigerator.
4 Add water before serving, serve
with ice cubes.
