Rooibos Iced Tea

METHOD

3,5 litres water
6 Rooibos tea bags
1 lemon, sliced
20 mint leaves
Sugar

Bring water to the boil. Place tea bags, lemon, mint leaves and sugar in a large pot, pour boiling water onto this and leave to steep.
Stir occasionally until cold.
Remove tea bags when tea is cold and refrigerate.

Serve the iced tea with plenty of ice cubes, as well as soda water and fresh mint leaves, if you like.
