METHOD

1 kg of potatoes
2 large eggs
Salt and pepper
2 onions
Cooking oil
1 teaspoon of curry
400 g of minced meat
1 spoonful of tomato purée
2 dl of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Breading flour
Served with parsley and tomato slices

1 Boil the potatoes, peel them and let them cool.
Mash the potatoes and mix the mash with eggs, salt and pepper.
2 Chopp the onions and fry them in oil. Add the curry and minced meat and fry well.
Add the tomato purée, chopped parsley, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
3 Take a large spoonful of mashed potato in your hand. Make a space in the mash with your finger and fill the space with the minced meat mixture. Cover with mash and form into the shape of a small ball or round cake. Sprinkle a little breading flour over the mixture. Fry on both sides in a frying pan.
4 Transfer everything onto a platter and garnish with parsley and tomato slices.
